OVERVIEW:

J2000 Container type Asphalt Mixing Plants is the international advanced product manufactured with introducing the technologies of BENNINGHOVEN company by XRMC. It is suitable for the Chinese market and is designed as the container-like structure according to the international standard. This design ensures the fast and safe transportation, make it compact and reduce the floor-space. Due to the modular-type assembly and non-foundation installation, the products can be installed as quickly as no more than 15 days from installation to start of production. Because the advanced automatic control system and supervisory systems are equipped, J2000 can work reliably. The container-like structure is also designed to comply with the Chinese Specification of Highway Transportation to ensure the safe and the fast speed.

CAN BE FAST TRANSFERRED
The container-like modular design ensures the convenient transportation. Each modular complies with the Chinese Specification of Highway Transportation. Due to non-foundation installation, the products can be relocated and transferred as quickly as installed, which can effectively increase the construction efficiency and satisfy the time limit of the construction.

FLLLER  SYSTEM
Specially designed screw conveyer can convey the fine materials to the measuring hopper directly.
Specially designed rotary valve and blow-clear device ensure the fine material to be supplied uniformly and continuously.
The bag filter on the top of new fine material silo ensures the reliability of the conveying device.

THE CONFORMATION IS COMPACT AND THE FLOOR-SPACE IS SMALL
The modular assemblies of J2000 are composed of 16 international standard containers, which are arranged side by side or superposed to connect with each other to build up the whole machine. Every assembly is a working system, so the machine can be operated stablely and reliablely, can be installed swift and conveniently and can save the space effectively. Finished material silo abuts against the main framework and the rail is vertical to save the space. The driving system of finished material silo is controlled by frequency converter, so the performance is stable, the conformation is compact, the layout and installation is convenient.

THE INSTALLATION, ADJUSTMENT AND TEST IS SIMPLE
All of the assemblies of container-type alphalt mixing plants are designed to be the international standard containers, all the parts and components are designed into these containers and the handrail of platforms are all collapsible, so as to facilitate the transportation and installation and increase the efficiency and the safety of shipping.

DRYING SYSTEM
There installed the check bolts and the special blades that can benefits the heat exchange between aggregates and the flame in the drier. The front-end of drier i.e. combustion chamber is designed as the special structure to make the barrel durable and non-deformable.
Inside the outlet of drier, the renewable wearing plates are installed to prolong the service-life of the product.
The pressure-spry-burner is the high-efficiently environmental and energy-saving type. The useable fuels include diesel oil, heavy oil or residual oil. The turndown ratio of the burner is 10: 1, which is the biggest one among that of the similar products of the world.
Special design of burner can keep the air-fuel-ratio being optimum so as to reduce the oil consumption, increase the thermal efficiency and improve the economical efficiency of the product.
The burner is installed on the rails to facilitate the maintenance.
The advanced infrared temperature measuring and controlling system, whose components are all imported from famous overseas companies, ensures the accuracy and reliability of the temperature control.

MIXING SYSTEM
The hot aggregate elevator equipped with the anti-turning devices can work reliably and efficiently
Hight efficency four-deck,five-deck,six-deckvibrating screen.The hooke bolts is used to link the box  with other assemblies in order to ensure the firmness and durability.
The screens are fixed with the special method to facilitate the replacement.
There are two amplitude indicators fixed on the sides of the screen body. The amplitude can be adjusted by adding or reducing the additional weights that are on the two ends of vibrating shaft.
Weighing systems of aggregate, fine material and bitumen are all equipped with the advanced imported sensors and the overload protection devices, which can control the measuring error of aggregate and filler within ±0.3% and bitumen within ±0.1%.
Paddle agitator can agitate the mixture to three directions in mixer, so the mixing is fast and even enough.
The wearing plates are connected to the mixer body with the inserted clamp spring, so the adjustment and replacement of plates is very convenient.
The high-hard wearing plates and paddle heads are made of special material. Their service life is up to 100-thousand times.

BITUMEN SUPPLYING SYSTEM       
The horizontal heater of heat conducting oil is fully automatic. Its key components are all imported elements.
The heater can automatically ignite and monitor the working state. If the working ranges of the temperature and pressure are preset, the heater can work automatically without any operator. There also are a series of indicator lights on the control plane to display the working state of the heater.
The special serpentuator and thermometer are installed in the bitumen tank to exchange the heat. A corrugated tube globe-valve is installed on the bitumen pipeline to prevent the bitumen temperature from being too high and avoid the aging of the bitumen.

MIXE STORAGE SILO
The frequency controlled decelerating motor and the digital control locating system of the lorry can ensure the accurate location and increase the smoothness and reliability in starting up or stopping the lorry.
